A major change is coming, While no one will be fully protected, owning hard assets such as Punta Malibu real estate will help ease the pain. As the Dollar falls in value, the cost of land and construction will continuously adjust upwards, offering owners protection.

Just 10 years ago, the average SQM in Panama was $2.000. Today, it is $3500-$4500 depending on the area.

At 7%-10% annual inflation rate, a $1 Million Dollar cash account will disappear in 10-15 years. THINK ABOUT THAT…

So, while holding real estate is not an easy passive investment as some brokers claim it to be, considering the dramatic depreciation of the Dollar, it is a wise choice.

Most people evaluate the dollar in relation to the Euro. While the relative strength of the Dollar is important, the real damage is done by Inflation.
